I'm Mark Nicholls.

My primary focus and experience have been in awareness, mindfulness meditation, breathing practices and vipassana. Over many, many years of almost daily practice, I have built a solid foundation of 'personal practice', which I share with others via in-person group classes. 

I am widely travelled through Central Asia, Asia Pacific and the Far East. This has given me expansive cultural awareness and experience. On that journey, I crossed paths with many people who have taught me what I know today. Currently, I am an actively practising Buddhist and have chosen a non-denominational faith path, free from association with others. 

My life goal is simply to serve others with peace of mind. encompassing the principles of wisdom and compassion; in addition to mindfulness meditation, I am active practitioner and Teacher of  Zen-style meditation and tantra,  which I engage as wellness and peace of mind modality, fostering kindness and well-being along the way. Welcome.
